I am passionate about the sustainable development and transformation of organisations. My heart beats for the development and implementation of new, efficient solutions, actively supporting the change at the level of people, processes and structures. My goal is to strengthen organisations so that they can respond quickly to changing conditions with the right culture, the right mindset and the optimal structures and processes.
